Episode 1: A Woman's Place is in the Boardroom
Should companies be obliged to have women on their boards? Ansgar Gabrielsen, the former Minister for Trade and Industry in Norway, explains why he instigated a law insisting on 40% female representation in the boardroom. Gabrielsen reveals: "my argument was not equality, it was that it's good for the business area, it's good for the value creation in the companies."  
 
Episode 2: Ditching the Dollar
Robert Mundell, the Nobel Prize winning economist, has long advocated replacing the American Dollar as the world's reserve currency with a new global currency. The tumultuous events on Wall Street in September 2008 have got many, including the Chinese Government, thinking along similar lines. But would a global currency run by the International Monetary Fund be politically and economically workable?   

Episode 3: The American Pipe Dream
Can America wean itself off oil?  Amory Lovins, founder and CEO of the Rocky Mountain Institute, believes it could and should and has drawn up a plan to achieve it. Lovins takes us through his blue-print for achieving an oil-free America by 2050.
